These cakes were gifted for review. One industry that has been a saviour to us all during lockdown is the food and drink sector. Here in Northamptonshire, I’ve been amazed to see so many companies adapting, starting up or flourishing from providing doorstep deliveries. Tasties Kitchen got in touch with me the other week to see if I would be interested in trying their treat boxes and of course, I couldn’t say no to some delicious cakes!
What’s included in the Tasties Kitchen Treat Box?
Each week Tasties provides a different selection to their treat boxes with similar themes running each week. You’ll find two of each item all for £10 plus delivery across Northamptonshire. These make the perfect gift or treat for your date night and have been created with flavour in mind.
What was in our box?
Our box in early June included Milky Way filled Cookies, Oreo Cake bites, Red Velvet Swirl Brownies and Tiramasu Cupcakes. The box was filled with a great assortment and something for everyone too. I particularly enjoyed the red velvet brownies as they had the taste of red velvet with the gooey softness of a brownie! I hadn’t tried something like this before which was delicious from your usual chocolate.
Dan particularly enjoyed the cookies and I found the Oreo cake bites were perfect with a bowl of strawberries too! Even the next day, these bites were super moist and a real hit of chocolate in such a small ball!
