Over the last year I’ve been trying to organise myself more efficiently when it comes to working and blogging. As my week structure changes every day, I have to be adaptable but able to manage my workloads.
Of course, there are weeks where I’m overwhelmed but generally I’m good at it. The one thing I’m bad at is documenting and reflecting. Despite having business coaching every month I just can’t write stuff down in a well documented manner.
The team at Effici sent me over one of their productivity planners to help achieve my goals and plan effectively this year.
Their productivity planners are a subscription package that keep you equipped with all of the right tools to plan throughout the year. The pack contains a A4 notebook planner and goal tracking handouts/printables.
The diary allows you to write to-do lists, analyse your efforts and continuously improve and set goals for the months and weeks ahead. The productivity planner can be as creative as you like. I think this will help me refocus and understand my goals. I guess my only issue is that I have to remember to track everything but I think having this as a sleek notebook will stay with me in my work folder so I can use it alongside my digital records.
I’ve ALWAYS wanted to bullet journal but I’m just terrible at that kind of thing as I run out of ideas or just get lazy so this is like the hybrid of the two! What I like is that one journal covers the three months so with the packages available you can treat this like your business quarters.
Each month has a monthly goal planning section/weekly plan and then daily plan sheets. I think this is such a unique option available and the subscription basis (which can be cancelled at any point) allows you to keep consistent and always have the planner available to you straight to your door.
